CHUANGRONG HDPE siphon pipes provide a one-stop solution for drainage. Contains HDPE siphon pipes, fittings, and metal fittings for fixing HDPE piping systems

One of the most effcient and cost-effective solutions available, siphonic system is based on the ingenious gravity-induced vacuced principle, ideal for building with low profiles and large footprints, such as aimport,sport stadiums,entertainment venues, convention centers, retail outlets, warehouses and factories. CHUANGRONG siphonic drainage system consists of anti-vortex roof outlets, HDPE and fittings ,an enegineered fastening system and a  professional support package.

With the CHUANGRONG drainage system, at design flow values, the roof outlets prevent air from entering and forming a vortex thus ensuring the system works at full capacity. The rainwater are conveyed the water straight into a collection tank or municipal storm water mains.

Advantages

1.CHUANGRONG High Density Polyethylene HDPE: Density 951 – 955 kg/m³ The density of polyethylene can be 910 – 960 kg / m3. The  fittings and pipes weighing 955.29 kg / m3, its characteristics not only have durability. And light weight, very convenient for transportation and installation.

2.Reduced reversionReduce shrinkage and improve installation strength. The HDPE replica produced by CHUANGRONG manufacturing process is less than 15mm.

3.Resistance to cold CHUANGRON siphon pipeline has anti-freezing performance. When the water in the pipeline is frozen, Ordinary pipeline will freeze and crack, but CHUANGRONG HDPE will not.

4.Elasticity In some applications, especially when the pipeline is exposed to vibration, earthquake or ground movement subsidence, the flexibility of the pipe material prevents the pipe from breaking.

5.Resistance to radioactive effluents There is no risk of damage caused by medical waste. However, for more information on specific applications, ask the manufacturer.

6.Resistance to abrasion HDPE is highly abrasion resistant; its extra thick wall provides additional protection. Pre parations:

Check if the resistance wies are covered by the inserted pipe or fiting to guarantee a proper working.  Check if the wedling machine functions properly.

Welding process

1. Cut pipe square
2. Scrape pipe and mark insertion depth(mark insertion depth +10mm removing the oxidized layer)
3. Mark the depth of the insertion ( Scrape the outer surface of pipe that will be covered by the coupler appx.0.2mm)
4. Cleaning (Clean the coupler with cloth to ensure that all surfaces are clean and dry)
5. Insrtion (Push the pipe /fititng into the coupler as straight as possible and up to marked insertion depth)
